Politique d'annulation de commande

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been shipped. In this case, you can contact our customer service directly to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since its confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and, if necessary, any other information that identifies the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and process the refund within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Refund Procedure

After confirmation of the return, we will process the refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We are committed to completing the process as quickly as possible after validation.
